COMPANY
HISTORY
Pump Integration,
Inc. (PII) was founded by a group of individuals that recognized the
need in the pumping industry to integrate the capabilities of the
original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with the needs of the
end-users without the bureaucracy and high overhead costs. PII's
goal is to assist equipment end-users in achieving their goal of
reliable equipment operation and maximum Mean Time Between Failures.
PII can achieve these goals due to the unique combination of
individuals which came together to form the company. The original
owners spent years in the industry working for various large pump
manufacturing companies. The core of our company is comprised of
Project Engineering Managers, Design Engineers, Pump Improvement
Engineers, Senior Field Service Engineers and Rotating Equipment
Measurement Specialists. This combination of talent and experience
is not available anywhere outside of OEM companies. Therefore, PII
can deliver OEM quality service, or better, at lower costs with
significantly reduced response times.
PII's greatest asset is its integration of Field Engineering with
multi-disciplinary Engineering Support to form rapid response teams
specifically geared to solving the entire range of pumping problems.
These individuals are "can-do" types who are used to
working in the field. When other servicemen failed, our highly
trained Pump Specialists were called-in to complete the job. These
Pump Specialists have experience with multiple equipment
manufacturers such as Ingersoll-Rand, Worthington, Pacific, Union,
Byron-Jackson, Durco, Sulzer, KSB, Weir, and Wilson-Snyder.
In support of our Field Engineering effort, PII has organized a
group of experienced Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers. The
Pump Specialists will call upon these individuals, as necessary; to
assist in resolving any problems they encounter. These engineers
have a vast experience in equipment selection, performance, design,
testing, vibration monitoring, operational stress and strain
measurement and Finite Element Analysis. There are no problems that
this team of Pump Specialists and engineers cannot diagnose and
correct.
Pump Integration's corporate philosophy can be stated in two words;
Integrity and Ethics. We will not repair or replace components that
do not require it, supply services that are not necessary or invoice
for anything that does not meet our high corporate standards. We
strongly believe that our adherence to these principles will
guarantee the success of our customers and ourselves.
