We offer full machine shop services for manufacturing or refurbishing any rotating machinery parts. PII has two facilities ready to tackle any pump in any condition. Our quality department maintains complete records of all steps taken during a repair project and submits all reports electronically. Below is a brief listing of our machinery:

Our welding departments can handle any materials from the common to the exotic. Engineers that specialize in materials ensure that all products are matched for compatibility and weldability. Materials welded include carbon steel, martensitic stainless steels, austenitic stainless steels, cast iron, and bronze.

We also maintain a full set of portable tools for use in an on-site setting. These tools allow us to perform full turnkey projects and engineering functions. We specialize in large pump and rotor services including circulating water pumps and boiler feed pumps.
