testing gives Pump Integration, Inc. a unique ability to supply
independent third party input in areas such as: hydraulic
performance, vibration characteristics and mechanical operation.
Technical evaluations of a pump performance testing insure that the
correct product of the highest quality has been supplied for the
intended service. Our personnel consist of former engineers from
major pump suppliers that set-up, conducted, and evaluated
performance test for engineered pumps between 100-25,000 horse
power. Supported by and wide array of mechanical and electronic test
equipment PII pumping specialists can even conduct their own tests
side-by-side with the OEM, to insure that the pump under test meets
all specifications.
COMPONENT
AND/OR ASSEMBLY INSPECTION
A detailed working knowledge of critical components and their proper
working tolerances allow PII to effectively inspect components and
assemblies during the manufacturing and assembly process, insuring
that the manufactured end product faithfully represents its design.
Material hardness checks and review of the OEM's quality documents
and inspection reports of a pump's as manufactured condition provide
increased probability of trouble free startup and operation.
SURVEILLANCE
OF VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS
Pump Integration personnel have the experience and technical
knowledge to help customers manage their suppliers. Many delays on
major projects can be avoided by ensuring on-time performance and
specification compliance before the equipment reaches it's final
destination. A Pump Integration specialist can be dispatched on a
moments notice to any vendor's facility for inspection, monitoring,
or troubleshooting. A professional report detailing the quality
status, timeline, and recommended actions will be submitted for your
review. This allows the end user to obtain a qualified independent
audit of the pump's condition without having to expend valuable time
and effort. If possible, we will recommend optional solutions, which
may take less time or cost less.
